Admission

Ludenar Academy offers admission to all classes at the beginning of each term. Our admission policy is inclusive and non-discriminatory, welcoming students of all sexes, races, religions, ethnicities, and social backgrounds.

To qualify for admission, applicants must follow these steps:

• 1. Obtain an application form from one of our designated sales points
• 2. Complete and return the form with required documents
• 3. Sit for the entrance examination.
• 4. Receive a letter of offer of admission.
• 5. Return a bank teller to the school after payment to collect necessary materials (books, uniforms, etc.).

Admission to Ludenar Academy is strictly merit-based.

Withdraw Child/Ward

Parents who wish to withdraw their child/ward must provide a term's written notice to the school.

Open Day

Open Day is an opportunity for parents to monitor their child's progress. Held once a term, parents can:

• 1. Meet with teachers to discuss academic progres
• 2. Log complaints or concerns
• 3. Connect with other parents.

Promotion

Promotion to the next academic level is based on merit, ensuring that students are adequately prepared for the challenges ahead.
